By processing data at the edge and distributing tasks across a fog network, BSP enables real-time decision-making and autonomous intersection management, creating smarter, more efficient cities with optimized connectivity and performance.

Problem Addressed

BSP addresses the pressing issues of traffic congestion, slow emergency response, and inefficient signal management in urban environments. Traditional systems fail to dynamically adapt, leading to delays, pollution, and safety hazards. By leveraging Edge AI and a decentralized network, BSP optimizes space mean speed, improving traffic flow, reducing commute times, and enhancing emergency vehicle access. Achievements

The startup has achieved significant national recognition for its contributions to urban innovation and sustainable development. It was selected among the top 15 abstracts in Urban Futurism 2023 at IIT Bombay Techfest and invited to showcase at Techzibition 2024 during IIT Roorkee Cognizance. In collaboration with the Indore Municipal Corporation, the startup received direct guidance from Shri Pushyamitra Bhargav Ji, Honorable Mayor of Indore. It ranked among the top 50 urban planners in the Delhi Transportation Stack Challenge 2025, organized in partnership with the Japan International Cooperation Association (JICA) and Boston Consulting Group (BCG). The startup also received accolades at the ICI Conference 3 for excellence in urban mobility, and the Judges’ Special Mention Award at the Youth Sustainable Entrepreneurship Summit 2025 for impactful solutions. Notably, it was acknowledged by Dr. Mohan Yadav, Honorable Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, during the Yuva Samwad Summit for contributions to youth entrepreneurship. It was also listed among the top 3 startups and declared second runner-up at the TIDES Ignition Program 2024 by IIT Roorkee.
